When a price moved, nobody had a spare minute to dig back through months of old inquiries and follow up one by one. Buyers who'd already shown real interest — CarGurus leads, Autotrader inquiries, walk-ins from months back — just sat untouched in the CRM.

Matched every inquiry to its VIN
We connected directly to Earth's live inventory feed and rebuilt their buyer list from scratch, tying every past inquiry — CarGurus, Autotrader, Marketplace, and walk-ins — back to the exact VIN it came from. The moment a price drops now, Katars texts every matched buyer automatically, and we handle the replies ourselves so appointments land straight on Earth's calendar.
