Challenge
A shop running on word of mouth
Majestic Diesel built its reputation the old-fashioned way, and it worked — but nothing behind the counter kept pace with it. New work came in whenever someone happened to call an existing customer. Notes from a job lived in whichever tech's head took the call. If a customer asked where their shipment was, someone had to walk the floor and ask around to find out.

We built and now run five systems behind the scenes at Majestic: a prospecting engine that finds new work on its own, call summaries that write themselves into the CRM the second a call ends, shipment tracking the whole team can see without asking, and the marketing that keeps the pipeline full behind all of it — all watched from one dashboard.
